Magnitone BareFaced Daily Cleansing Brush Review

When I wrote my blog post about how obsessed I am with my eyelash extensions (read it here), I mentioned how as much as I love them, I do feel like I can't wash my face properly. Obviously I use a cleanser, but you know when you just want to submerge your face under the shower head and really scrub? Yeah- you can't do that when you have eyelash extensions. Unless you want to ruin them. And they ain't cheap, I'll tell you that!

Fortunately my parents have blessed me with skin that rarely gets spots (touch wood), I have oily skin and I wear a lot of make-up, so I need to know that at the end of every day, I am taking every last scrap of it off.

I have had my eyes on a Magnitone for a while, so when the opportunity came up for me to review the new Daily Cleansing Brush, I couldn't wait to try it out. Designed to be incorporated into your daily skincare routine, it's waterproof, travel friendly, and is suitable for all skin types. Result!

It is so easy to use! I simply apply my usually cleanser the the brush head (at the moment I am using my beloved La Roche-Posay foaming cleanser) put it under the tap (or shower) and press the on button. It vibrates for 20 seconds, then beeps then another 20 seconds (3 times in total) to identify when to move to the next part of your face. Start with my forehead and nose, then move to my cheeks and chin area and finally my neck (the area I never used to give any attention to!) It feels weird to be cleansing my neck, but as well as deep-cleansing, the vibra-sonic technology in the pulses massage and tone your skin at the same time- so any chances of me getting a turkey neck are slim to none.

I have been using my Magnitone for about 3 weeks now, and my skin looks and feels so clean and soft. My pores are less noticeable and not a spot in sight! Not to mention mine is baby pink, which makes it the perfect accessory for my bathroom shelf! Get yours here.

*Magnitone kindly gifted me with the Cleansing Brush, but all opinions are my own.
